Investment of 6 billion yuan! Project signs agreement to establish in Huaining

On February 5, 2024, the Huaining County Government held a signing ceremony with BIMT. The production project for 50,000 tons of silicon-carbon anode materials and 200,000 tons of new conductive additives, with an investment of 6 billion yuan, has been established in the county.

According to BIMT, the 50,000 tons of silicon-carbon anode materials and 200,000 tons of new conductive additives project currently under investment and construction is expected to have a total investment of approximately 6 billion yuan. After reaching full production capacity, the annual output value is projected to be about 12.5 billion yuan, with annual comprehensive tax contribution of approximately 450 million yuan. It will create employment for no fewer than 1,200 workers, drive the development of upstream and downstream industrial clusters for power and consumer batteries, and inject strong momentum into the development of Anqing's entire new energy industry chain and the expansion of new material production bases.

Yu Xuefeng, Secretary of the Huaining County Party Committee, stated that the successful signing of this project marks the beginning of Huaining's major project campaign in the new year. It represents Huaining's commitment to achieving a "strong start" with momentum from an initial sprint and decisive implementation.
